Elliot Mark Olen represented several healthcare and other businesses I was involved in as principal or consultant. He handled numerous transactional and contract matters including Ownership Agreements, Personnel Agreements, Loan Arrangements. He also handled area Litigation. The clients included accounting and physician practices, management companies, and numerous closely held businesses.
